A B Designs is an independent Shrewsbury workshop founded by furniture designer and maker Alex Bowen in 2001. For more than twenty years the business has produced bespoke joinery, furniture, fitted kitchens, Accoya joinery, green oak structures and other specialist commissions. Alex combines formal furniture design training with hands-on artisan craftsmanship. The workshop remains actively trading from Alma Yard in Shrewsbury and accepts individual commissions directly.
