Activate is an independent registered charity founded in 2005. It provides specialist educational and vocational opportunities for young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. Its programmes focus on developing practical skills and confidence and independence. The organisation supports individuals with education and health and care plans to achieve their personal goals.
