The business specialises in authentic handmade Neapolitan pizza using slowly proved dough and carefully sourced fresh ingredients. It began as an independent mobile catering operation before opening Oswestry's first dedicated Neapolitan pizzeria. Click and collect takeaway remains an important part of the business and it holds exceptionally strong customer ratings.
