Independent fine food store and deli in Birmingham's Great Western Arcade with a particularly strong reputation for made-to-order gourmet sandwiches. The lunch menu combines premium cheeses charcuterie and deli ingredients in combinations such as pastrami and salami or Serrano ham and Manchego. Sandwiches and salads are prepared fresh in store and customers can also request bespoke combinations.
