Appleyards is a longstanding independent delicatessen on Wyle Cop in Shrewsbury. The traditional shop specialises in cheeses, cured meats, breads, speciality groceries and locally produced food and drink. It remains actively trading and is recognised by both regional food organisations and the Specialist Cheesemakers Association for its specialist deli offering.
