Après is an intimate independent tasting-menu restaurant created by chef Thom Bateman and his team in Cheddleton. The restaurant has only a small number of seats and focuses exclusively on a detailed multi-course dining experience. Its menus use high-quality ingredients with influences drawn from Bateman's travels and Alpine cuisine while chefs personally introduce courses to diners. The concept provides one of Staffordshire's most intimate and ambitious contemporary dining experiences.
