Ashtanga Yoga Liverpool is an independent yoga teaching practice led by Helen Aldred. It offers specialist Ashtanga yoga classes at Rodney Street in Liverpool city centre. Classes focus on coordinated breathing, movement and progressive development of traditional yoga postures. Beginners and experienced students are supported through accessible instruction and individual modifications.
