Axe and Dagger Fitness is an independent Coventry training facility focused on functional fitness, strength and conditioning. It offers coached training, foundation programmes and personal training in a supportive community environment. The gym is designed for people who want structured coaching rather than an anonymous commercial gym experience. Members can train across a variety of strength, conditioning and functional fitness disciplines.
