Calf and Churn is a small independent Herefordshire dairy at New House Farm. Its Jersey cows keep their calves at foot until natural weaning, giving the farm a distinctive welfare-led approach to milk production. The dairy produces lightly pasteurised non-homogenised whole milk along with butter and yoghurt. Products are sold directly from the farm and through local outlets.
