CASBA is an independent Birmingham charity providing advocacy for people with learning disabilities and learning difficulties. Its advocates help people express their views, make choices, understand their rights and be involved in important decisions. The charity has served Birmingham for decades and remains focused specifically on strengthening the voice and citizenship of people with learning disabilities.
