Chakana is an independent Peruvian restaurant in Moseley led by chef Robert Ortiz. The kitchen combines Peruvian ingredients and traditions with modern fine dining techniques and influences from the chef's international career. Menus feature vibrant ceviches alongside carefully composed meat, fish and vegetable dishes. The restaurant has become one of Birmingham's most highly regarded independent dining destinations.
