Coates Traditional Butchers is an independent fifth-generation family butcher based in Alrewas, Staffordshire. Established more than 120 years ago, the family retains its own on-site abattoir and follows traditional British butchery and slaughter methods with a strong emphasis on animal welfare. Its meat is supplied through the family's own butcher shops and online operation.
