Cotswolds Distillery was founded by Daniel Szor in 2014 at Stourton in Warwickshire and remains a privately owned distilling business with its founder serving as CEO. It has developed an international reputation for English single malt whisky alongside its award-winning gin and other spirits, using local barley and traditional distilling methods. Its substantial working distillery and visitor centre remain open seven days a week and offer tours, tastings and blending experiences.
