Independent Birmingham street-food business created around oversized premium toasted sandwiches. Its bread is made in house and fillings are prepared from scratch with combinations including roasted vegetables spiced pulled chicken and slow-cooked pork. The business continues to trade through events and festivals and grew from a locally owned South Birmingham hospitality business with many years of sandwich-making experience.
