Delivering Care Direct provides supported living for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs across the West Midlands. Its person centred support plans are built around each individual's goals, routines and aspirations. Assistance can include independent living skills, accessing the community, education and volunteering. The Smethwick based service is CQC registered and has been rated Good.
