Eat Vietnam is an independent Vietnamese restaurant in Stirchley that developed from a successful series of Birmingham pop-ups. Its cooking focuses on fresh ingredients and intensely flavoured Vietnamese dishes while regularly evolving the menu. The business places particular importance on supporting other small independent producers and traders. It has built an excellent reputation for authentic food and an intimate neighbourhood dining experience.
