Endorph Fitness is an independently owned Shrewsbury coaching gym focused on sustainable fitness, strength and weight-management results. Its model centres on coached 45-minute sessions, nutritional guidance, accountability and an intentionally supportive non-intimidating environment. The business has developed a strong community particularly for adults seeking more personal support than a conventional commercial gym provides.
