HERD Milk is an independent Shropshire dairy farm producing fresh milk and award-winning yoghurt from its cross-bred herd. The cows are predominantly grass fed and their milk is sold directly from the farm through self-service facilities. HERD also supplies milk to local food businesses and cheesemakers. The business is strongly focused on local provenance, direct sales and creating added-value dairy products from its own milk.
