HIDDEN is chef Cris Cohen's independent immersive dining concept in Stoke-on-Trent. The intimate chef-led experience uses tasting menus, storytelling and seasonal ingredients to create a highly personal form of fine dining. Cohen previously established the acclaimed FEASTED Chef's Table and HIDDEN continues that innovative approach from its studio kitchen in Longton.
