Julian's is an independent family-run restaurant on Birkenhead Road in Hoylake. Husband-and-wife team Julian and Jackie provide freshly prepared modern British cuisine and personal hospitality. The restaurant is particularly known for its Chateaubriand and carefully prepared seasonal dishes. Its intimate dining environment and loyal customer following have helped establish its reputation across the Wirral.
