Land is an independent Birmingham restaurant specialising in creative plant-based fine dining. Its seasonal tasting menus use vegetables and other plant ingredients to produce refined dishes with imaginative combinations of flavour and texture. The restaurant has received strong critical recognition for demonstrating the potential of modern plant-focused cooking. It operates from the historic Great Western Arcade in Birmingham city centre.
