Lichfield Martial Arts is an independent club founded in 2017 by experienced instructor Richard Buttery. Rather than restricting students to a single system, its programme incorporates experience from Taekwon-Do, boxing, kickboxing, MMA and Jiu-Jitsu. Classes focus on practical combat skills, self-defence, confidence and fitness in an inclusive environment. The club continues to run active weekly training in the Lichfield area.
