Liverpool Citizen Advocacy is an independent voluntary organisation supporting disabled and disadvantaged people who experience isolation or exclusion. It develops advocacy partnerships to help individuals understand their rights and express their views. Its volunteers provide practical assistance and support with accessing services. The organisation has served the Liverpool community since 1992.
