Liverpool University Press is a Liverpool-based scholarly publisher with a substantial catalogue of books available directly to readers. Founded in 1899, it is one of the UK's oldest university presses and publishes across the humanities and social sciences alongside regional and cultural subjects. Readers can purchase both print and digital titles directly from the press. Its long history and extensive specialist list make it an important part of Liverpool's bookselling and publishing landscape.
