Lunko by the Lane is an independent artisan bakery operated by Liverpool baking business The Butterholic. Located just off Lark Lane, the shop specialises in handcrafted pastries and naturally fermented sourdough bread. Its bakers use traditional techniques and an extended three-day preparation process for their laminated pastries. The bakery has developed a strong local following for its croissants, speciality pastries and fresh bread.
