Martial Arts & Fitness is an independent Stirchley training centre offering martial arts, self-defence and fitness programmes. Its martial arts provision includes Wing Chun Kung Fu, kickboxing and practical self-defence for children and adults. The centre also provides personal training and conditioning alongside its combat-focused classes. It has an established permanent facility on Hazelwell Street.
