Mencap Liverpool and Sefton is an independently operated local charity supporting people with learning disabilities. Established in 1968 it provides services designed to promote inclusion and independence. Its activities include outreach and befriending alongside social opportunities and individual support. The organisation helps people develop confidence and participate more fully in community life.
