The business is a member of the prestigious Q Guild of Butchers and specialises in carefully sourced native-breed beef, organic and salt-marsh lamb, traditional pork, game and deli produce. Provenance and traditional carcass ageing are central to its approach. Mills continues to trade from its Stratford Road shop and through its online ordering service.
