Monk Strength and Fitness is a family-run independent gym in Bishop's Castle operated by Alan and Katie Bateson. It provides strength and conditioning equipment, personal training and a varied programme including HIIT, women's weight training, children's sessions, over-55s strength training and functional fitness. The owners have developed the gym as a welcoming community hub suitable for a broad range of ages and abilities.
