Monkland Cheesemakers is an independent artisan dairy in rural Herefordshire producing handmade farmhouse cheese. Its range includes Little Hereford, Hereford Sage, Blue Monk and Monkland cheeses, using milk from local partner farms. The team draws on traditional regional recipes while carrying out the cheesemaking and maturation by hand. The dairy also hosts tours and tastings that showcase the craft and history behind its products.
