MSC Performance is an independent strength and conditioning facility in central Birmingham established in 2015. Its large specialist gym provides high-level equipment alongside group training, semi-private coaching and one-to-one personal coaching. The team focuses on progressive strength, conditioning and long-term physical performance rather than conventional unsupervised gym use. The facility has built an exceptional reputation for knowledgeable coaches, equipment quality and its close community.
