New Outlook is an independent specialist housing association providing accommodation, care and support for people with sight loss and other disabilities. Its services include supported housing, care homes and assistance designed to enable independent living. It works with adults who may have sensory impairments together with learning or physical disabilities. The organisation has a long history in Birmingham and became a standalone housing association in 1997.
