Palm Noir Tattoo is an independent custom tattoo studio in Oxton Village on the Wirral. Formerly known as The Inkwell, it was founded by Sam Reilly in 2012. Its artists produce traditional, realism, illustrative, abstract and pop-culture-inspired tattoos. The studio provides a spacious and hygienic environment focused on collaborative artwork and individual consultations.
