Penrhos Spirits is an independent farm-based producer founded by two Herefordshire farming families. The distillery makes handcrafted gin using ingredients and fruit connected to the surrounding farmland, including produce that might otherwise go to waste. Founder and master distiller Charles Turner leads production from Penrhos Farm near Kington.
