Its Kenyon Street operation combines coffee service, roasting, retail and professional coffee training. The business sources high-quality coffees with an emphasis on producer relationships, sustainability and traceability. It is recognised as one of the pioneers of Birmingham's speciality coffee scene and continues to operate from the Jewellery Quarter.
