Red Lion Farm is an independent family farm at Haughton near Stafford best known for producing its own Jersey ice cream. Milk from the farm's Jersey cows is transformed into ice cream on site and sold directly to visitors alongside other farm products and refreshments. The business remains family run, is open throughout the year and combines food production with the opportunity for visitors to see the animals and working farm.
