Restaurant Folium is an intimate independent restaurant in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. It serves creative modern British tasting menus centred on seasonal ingredients and carefully developed flavour combinations. The restaurant has built an excellent reputation for polished cooking and personal service. Its small dining room gives the experience a distinctive chef-led character.
