Smarty Pants is a long-established privately operated day nursery in Tipton that opened in 2007. It provides childcare for 51 weeks of the year and accepts funded places from infancy through to preschool age. The setting has an excellent public review profile and forms part of a small locally operated nursery business rather than a national chain.
