SMR Fitness is a family-run independent private members gym in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. It specialises in bespoke training programmes, HIIT, personal training, nutrition planning and general gym access from a fully equipped functional training facility. The business deliberately promotes a personal community environment where members receive coaching and support rather than being treated as numbers. Its experienced team also offers family-friendly training options and free consultations for new clients.
