Solihull Karate Academy is an independent Shotokan karate school founded by lead instructor Greg Hegarty in 2011. It has grown from a small local class into a purpose-built full-time dojo and has produced British, European and World champions. Classes cater for children and adults from complete beginners through to elite competitors. Training focuses on fitness, flexibility, confidence, self-awareness and traditional karate development.
