Stoke Kung Fu & Kickboxing is a long-established club with a history spanning around four decades. The school teaches Lau Gar Kung Fu and kickboxing under experienced instructors led by Chief Instructor Bob Parkinson. Its coaching heritage has produced high-level competitors while maintaining a welcoming environment for recreational members and beginners. The Stoke headquarters runs adult, children's and family classes throughout the week.
