Synergy Combat & Fitness Studio is an independently operated martial arts organisation serving St Helens and Newton-le-Willows. Founded by experienced instructor Shaun, it provides combat kickboxing, Jissen Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defence instruction. Its programmes include children's classes, adult training and women-only groups. The studio emphasises personal development, discipline and confidence alongside physical fitness.
