The Art of Wellness is an independent yoga and wellbeing studio founded by Llewella Foley at Blackbrook Barns near Lichfield. It offers yoga for different ages and abilities alongside massage, sound baths, retreats and creative wellbeing events in a peaceful woodland setting. Llewella established the studio in 2024 after completing professional yoga teacher training and has since developed a strong community of regular clients. The studio is actively operating in 2026 with current classes and events.
