The Bake Hub is an independent artisan bakery operating from Seymour Street in Bootle. Established in 2019, the business specialises in naturally fermented sourdough bread and handcrafted baked products. Its bread is supplied to independent cafes, delicatessens and restaurants throughout the Liverpool area. Local retailers including Pastille Bakery and Balance Wholefoods stock its sourdough products.
