It operates retail outlets alongside a specialist catering butchery supplying pubs, restaurants, hotels and venues with beef, pork, lamb, poultry, game and prepared products. The business is SALSA approved and its current certification is listed through April 2027 while the family continues to operate its Fenton shop and other retail facilities.
