Its cooking champions seasonal ingredients from Staffordshire and combines modern techniques with touches of nostalgia. The restaurant holds three AA Rosettes and is listed in the Michelin Guide. It has developed an outstanding reputation for ambitious food delivered in a relaxed setting beside the Caldon Canal.
