The Flying Goats Dairy is a small independent Herefordshire producer based near Pudleston and Leominster. It specialises in raw goats' milk from its own herd and offers dairy produce directly to customers. The operation has continued to promote its milk through specialist raw-milk channels and offers an unusual locally produced alternative to conventional cows' milk dairies.
