The Friends of Alfie Johnson is an independent Black Country charity supporting children with disabilities and their families. It grew from fundraising for a local child with severe brain injuries and became a registered charity in 2014. The organisation helps fund specialist equipment and other resources that can improve children's quality of life. Its work focuses particularly on families in Dudley, Sandwell and Wolverhampton.
