The Pen Factory is an independent restaurant and bar on Hope Street in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter. Established in 2014 the venue occupies the former Lang Pen Company building. It serves freshly prepared dishes alongside wines and beers from local and international producers. The business is operated by independent hospitality owners Fiona and Dominic Hornsby.
