The Pilgrim Hotel is an owner-operated country hotel in Much Birch with extensive views across the Herefordshire countryside. It provides individually styled accommodation together with its Valley Restaurant and a strong emphasis on locally sourced food. Long-term independent ownership has allowed the hotel to retain a personal character while continually improving its bedrooms and guest facilities.
